On 09/10/23 at 5:37 PM in the 7300 block of Spurgeon Creek Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kevin Wayne Fink, 57, on suspicion of 2nd degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

On 09/10/23 at 1:40 AM in the Old Highway 99/Rich Road, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony William Gregory, 32, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 09/10/23 at 8:31 PM in the 18100 block of Deschutes Drive SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jimmy St. John Guthrie, 51, on suspicion of 2nd degree assault.

On 09/10/23 at 10:00 PM in the 8800 block of Thuja Avenue SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Curtis Anthony Lopez, 26, on suspicions of 1) 4th degree assault, 2) 2nd degree malicious mischief and 3) 3rd degree malicious mischief.

On 09/10/23 at 6:56 PM in the 6500 Martin Way E, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Daniel Rae Terry, 59, on suspicions of 1) driving under the influence and 2) 3rd degree driving with license suspended.

Lacey Police Department

On 09/10/23 at 12:39 AM in the 7300 block of 32nd Avenue NE, police arrested Becky Elaine Fernandez, 51, on suspicions of 1) resisting arrest and 2) 3rd degree driving with license suspended.

On 09/10/23 at 5:23 AM in the 6200 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Erica Cheri Smith, 38, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 09/10/23 at 2:56 AM in the 6000 block of Black Lake Belmore Road SW, police arrested Scott Clifford Bice, 29, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 09/10/23 at 9:52 AM in the 700 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Jonathan Daniel Holmes, 36, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance synthetic.

On 09/10/23 at 8:28 PM in the 1500 block of Skyline Ridge LN SW, police arrested Tara C. Spears, 38, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.
