On 9/20/26 at 12:20 a.m. in the 17500 block of Dusty Court SW, sheriff’s deputies arrested Bryan Ruben Sims, 37, on suspicion of harassment.

On 9/20/26 at 11:39 p.m. in the area of Mounts Road near Eagle’s Pride Golf Course, sheriff’s deputies arrested Elyse Lorree Barton, 36, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence no contact order.

Olympia Police Department

On 9/20/26 at 4:19 p.m. in the 800 block of San Francisco Avenue NE, police arrested Christopher A. Szymusiak, 30, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, 2) theft of motor vehicle, and 3) second-degree malicious mischief.

On 9/20/26 at 9:11 p.m. in the 3500 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Angela M. Waldrop, 54, on suspicion of theft.

On 9/20/26 at 9:17 p.m. in the 300 block of Capitol Way N, police arrested Vic Lee Gardenhire, 44, on suspicion of 1) second-degree reckless burning, and 2) obstructing an officer.

On 9/20/26 at 9:56 p.m. in the 400 block of Franklin Street NE, police arrested Cory J. Awtry, 34, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 9/20/26 at 10:52 p.m. in the 2200 block of Thurston Avenue NE, police arrested Moira Coleman-Hulbert, 38, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 9/20/26 at 2:15 a.m. in the 500 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Jessica Arriaga Galeana, 33, on suspicion of out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 9/20/26 at 4:28 p.m. in the 500 block of Trosper Road SW, police arrested Alfred M. McCann, 59, on suspicion of third-degree theft ― shoplifting.

Yelm Police Department

On 9/20/26 at 9:34 a.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Jase Dean Dixon, 31, on suspicion of 1) possession of controlled substance synthetic, and 2) disorderly conduct.

On 9/20/26 at 10:18 a.m. in the 9100 block of Carys Street SE, police arrested Victor Samuel Ruiz Mendez, 33, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence protection order.

On 9/20/26 at 9:45 p.m. in the 800 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Cale Matt Cannon, 40, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
