On 10/15/23 at 1:13 PM in the Tea Street/James Road SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Omar Encarnacion-Venegas, 32, on suspicions of driving under the influence and 2) 3rd degree driving with license suspended.

On 10/15/23 at 4:13 PM in the 17200 block of Leitner Road SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Katy Mae Herschler, 45, on suspicion of harassment.

On 10/15/23 at 2:45 AM in the 800 block of Nisqually Park Drive SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bona Kan, 39, on suspicion of 2nd degree assault.

On 10/15/23 at 12:4 PM in the 10900 block of Morris Road, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua Paul Loper, 38, on suspicions of 1) no contact order violation and 2) 1st degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

On 10/15/23 at 4:42 PM in the 11700 block of Vail Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tina Marie Turney, 45, on suspicion of 1st degree assault.

Lacey Police Department

On 10/15/23 at 2:52 AM in the 2300 block of Shirley Street SE, police arrested Michelle Danielle Ford, 48, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 10/15/23 at 1:05 PM in the 4100 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Steven Carl Dailey, 65, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving with license suspended.

On 10/15/23 at 4:00 PM in the 4200 block of Lacey Boulevard SE, police arrested Steven Carl Dailey, 64, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 10/15/23 at 11:30 PM in the 3700 block of Hoppe LN SE, police arrested Jasper D. Smiley, 20, on suspicion of malicious mischief.

Olympia Police Department

On 10/15/23 at 3:46 AM in the 800 block of 4th Avenue E, police arrested Liam Ehren Espinosa, 20, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 10/15/23 at 8:05 AM in the 300 block of Washington Street NE, police arrested Lori C. Christensen, 35, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 10/15/23 at 6:02 AM in the 200 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Stephen Michael Morris, 29, on suspicion of 3rd degree driving under the influence.
