Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 5/18/25 at 2:19 a.m. in the 11500 block of Vail Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Eduardo DeJesus Reyes-Cruz, 39, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 5/18/25 at 4:52 p.m. in the area of State Route 512 / I5, sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Iyall Paz, 40, on suspicion of 1) attempt to elude pursuing police vehicle, 2) hit and run attended, 3) third-degree driving while license suspended, 4) reckless driving, 5) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required, and 6) possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lacey Police Department

On 5/18/25 at 10:54 a.m. in the 4700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Kyle Jordan Black, 36, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 5/18/25 at 7:47 p.m. in the 5700 block of 30th Avenue SE, police arrested Jason Scott Hilts, 40, on suspicion of violation of domestic violence protection order.

Olympia Police Department

On 5/18/25 at 12:19 a.m. in the 200 block of 8th Avenue SE, police arrested David Benjamin McNally, 39, on suspicion 1) criminal trespass, 2) making a false or misleading statement to a public servant, and 3) resisting arrest.

On 5/18/25 at 5:47 a.m. in the 900 block of 7th Avenue SE, police arrested Miah Kay Muffly, 25, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) eluding police vehicle, and 3) reckless driving.

On 5/18/25 at 9:26 p.m. in the 500 block of Courtside Street SW, police arrested Mary Julianna Julvezan, 40, on suspicion of 1) harassment, 2) third-degree malicious mischief, and 3) disorderly conduct.

On 5/18/25 at 9:44 p.m. in the 200 block of Thurston Avenue NE, police arrested Darel Jason Mitchell, 40, on suspicion of first-degree burglary.

Tumwater Police Department

On 5/18/25 at 2:23 p.m. in the 4200 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Matthew Paul Pacifico, 38, on suspicion of misdemeanor warrant.

On 5/18/25 at 2:48 p.m. in the 4100 block of Capitol Boulevard S, police arrested Mallory Marie Torimino, 41, on suspicion of 1) first-degree criminal impersonation, and 2) out-of-town felony warrant.

Yelm Police Department

On 5/18/25 at 1:05 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507, police arrested Cody J. Guyaux, 28, on suspicion of 1) third-degree theft – shoplifting, and 2) first-degree criminal trespass.

On 5/18/25 at 7:50 p.m. in the 1200 block of Yelm Avenue E, police arrested Dana L. Brooks, 52, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
