On 1/14/24 at 12:17 AM in the 20000 block of Sunrose Lane SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Chase Richard Dickinson, 23, on suspicion of 3rd degree assault – law enforcement.

On 1/14/24 at 3:00 PM in the 7600 block of Canterwood Drive SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Clark Frost III, 51, on suspicion of 4th degree assault.

On 1/14/24 at 11:42 PM in the 9400 block of Littlerock Road SW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacob Alden Smith, 42, on suspicion of unlawful possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver amphetamine while armed – firearm within 1000 feet of school bus stop.

Lacey Police Department

On 1/14/24 at 5:19 AM in the 100 block of College Street SE, police arrested Racquiah Rae Spillers, 27, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 1/14/24 at 5:38 AM in the 1200 block of College Street SE, police arrested Riley Thomas Winters, 25, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 1/14/24 at 12:01 PM in the 800 block of Sleater Kinney Road SE, police arrested Cory Allen Whipple, 51, on suspicion of an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 1/14/24 at 2:30 PM in the 4700 block of Yelm Highway SE, police arrested Jazlyne R. Herron, 30, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 1/14/24 at 4:59 PM in the 5600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Michael D. Parker, 40, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.

On 1/14/24 at 11:53 PM in the 4200 block of Hornet Drive NE, police arrested Daniel J. Phair, 35, on suspicion of malicious mischief.

Olympia Police Department

On 1/14/24 at 6:16 AM in the 1000 block of Marine Drive NE, police arrested Dylan J. Phillips, 18, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

On 1/14/24 at 11:40 AM in the 100 block of 4th Avenue E/Washington Street SE, police arrested Samuel David Acosta, 31, on suspicions of 1) disorderly conduct, and 2) misdemeanor warrant.

On 1/14/24 at 10:15 PM in the 1000 block of Crosby Boulevard SW, police arrested Tristen Joseph Allender, 29, on suspicions of 1) misdemeanor warrant, and 2) out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

Tumwater Police Department

On 1/14/24 at 10:23 PM in the 1000 block of Crosby Boulevard SW, police arrested Victoria Rose Ayres, 21, on suspicion of theft shoplifting.
