On 02/25/23 at 9:38 p.m. in the 3300 block of College St SE, police arrested Matthew James Kellar, 36, on suspicion of residential burglary.

On 02/25/23 at 5:14 a.m. in the 400 block of College St SE, police arrested Runeiat Wallace Carlies, 23, on a Lacey warrant.

On 02/25/23 at 3:44 a.m. in the 100 block of College St SE, police arrested Patrick Krause Forespring, 35, on suspicion of 1) vehicle prowling and 2) theft all other larceny.

Olympia Police Department

On 02/25/23 at 4:46 p.m. in the 3100 block of Capital Mall Dr SW, police arrested Keegan Sage La Chance, 20, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary and 2) violation of a no-contact order.

On 02/25/23 at 2:29 p.m. in the 600 block of Courtside St SW, police arrested Justen Lee Stover, 22, on suspicion of 1) residential burglary, 2) theft of a motor vehicle, 3) violation of a no-contact order, 4) violation of order with assault and 5) hit and run unattended.

On 02/25/23 at 2:15 p.m. in the 600 block of Black Lake Blvd SW, police arrested Luis David Hernandez Paniagua, 28, on suspicion of simple assault.

On 02/25/23 at 11:31 a.m. in the 100 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Brandt Martin Warder, 45, on suspicion of pedestirna interference.

On 02/25/23 at 11:31 a.m. in the 100 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Elaine M Spangler, 38, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 02/25/23 at 11:31 a.m. in the 100 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Prince I Marquez, 30, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 02/25/23 at 9:15 a.m. in the 900 block of Plum St SE, police arrested Laura Ashley Willis, 33, on suspicion of 1) failure to appear and 2) failure to comply.

On 02/25/23 at 8:07 a.m. in the 500 block of Washington St SE, police arrested Cecil W Kelly, 33, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

Yelm Police Department

On 02/25/23 at 7:21 p.m. in the 10300 block of Grove Rd SE, police arrested We-te-kosh Maquirri Mills, 49, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended and 2) a Yelm warrant.
