On 2/5/22 at 10:05 p.m. in the 6600 block of Martin Way E, police arrested James Eugene Jr Tyler, 40, 1) driving under the influence and 2) resisting arrest, 3) violation of ignition interlock. and 4) driving with a suspended license.
On 2/5/22 at 11:09 p.m. in the 800 block of State Ave NE, police arrested Logan Justin Burke, 32, on suspicion of burglary in the second degree.
On 2/5/22 at 11:14 p.m. in the 800 block of State Ave NE, police arrested Jennifer Linn, 38, on suspicion of 1) burglary in the second degree and 2) theft of a motor vehicle.

On 2/5/22 at 7:28 p.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Ave E, police arrested Adam Wesley Pevan, 37, for an out-of-town warrant.
