Thurston County Sheriff’s Office

On 09/25/23 at 7:06 PM in the Bald Hills Road SE/Smith Prairie Road SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested John Mark Hill, 52, on suspicions of 1) driving under the influence – 1 or more prior in the last ten years and 2) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required.

On 09/25/23 at 9:00 PM in the Lady Fern Drive NW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Sonya Marissa Swanson, 46, on suspicions of 1) driving under the influence – 1 or more prior in the last ten years, 2) 2nd degree driving while license suspended and 3) operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock when required.

Lacey Police Department

On 09/25/23 at 4:12 AM in the 8300 block of Quinault Drive NE, police arrested Evan Patrick Martin, 33, on suspicion of 2nd degree criminal trespass.

On 09/25/23 at 5:08 AM in the 400 block of College Street SE, police arrested Justin W. McKnight, 41, on suspicion of protection order violation.

On 09/25/23 at 7:42 AM in the 600 block of College Street NE, police arrested John S. Tevs, 31, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Olympia Police Department

On 09/25/23 at 2:00 AM in the 1000 block of Plum Street SE, police arrested Austin John Sager, 29, on suspicion of unlawful possession of firearms.

On 09/25/23 at 3:11 PM in the 200 block of Thurston Avenue SE, police arrested James T. Vant, 53, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.

On 09/25/23 at 4:03 PM in the 200 block of State Avenue NE, police arrested Robert J. Turner, 37, on suspicion of trespass.

Tumwater Police Department

On 09/25/23 at 4:46 PM in the 3400 block of Ferguson Street SW, police arrested Dion David Coleman, 42, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

On 09/25/23 at 8:17 PM in the 200 block of Y Street SW, police arrested Jedediah Oliver Degraff, 38, on suspicions of 1) 4th degree assault and 2) 3rd degree theft – all other theft.

Yelm Police Department

On 09/25/23 at 11:14 PM in the 8900 block of Wilkensen Road SE/91st Avenue SE, police arrested Andrew Lee Kocot, 38, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
