Olympia Police Department
 
At 12:40 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of Lilly Road Northeast, police arrested Joseph W. Johnson, 25, on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle.
 
At 1:23 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of Thurston Avenue Northeast, police arrested Richard L. Amsbary, 46, on an out-of-town warrant.
 
At 6:20 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of Central Street Northeast, police arrested Wayne R. Hill, 51, on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a synthetic drug and possession of a controlled substance.
 
Lacey Police Department
 
At 12:23 a.m. Monday in the 6200 block of Pacific Avenue Southeast, police arrested Nicole M. Harkcom, 40, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
 
At 5:56 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Marvin Road Northeast, police arrested Tyler S. Wynn, on suspicion of hit and run and driving with a suspended license.
 
At 6:20 p.m. Monday in the 5300 block of 24th Avenue Southeast, police arrested Shylee A. Tamura, 24, on suspicion of second-degree assault.
 
At 10:41 p.m. Monday in the 5600 block of Martin Way East, police arrested Vivana J. Casillas, 21, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
 
Yelm Police Department
 
At 1:32 a.m. Monday in the 9200 block of Burnett Road Southeast, police arrested Bradley W. Nabakowski, 26, a Yelm warrant and an out-of-town warrant.
 
At 2:46 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue Southeast, police arrested Jorge A. Marquez, 31, on a Yelm warrant.
 
An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused.  All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
