Olympia Police Department

At 10:59 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of Simmons Street Northwest, police arrested Thomas S. Brannam, 29, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

At 12:55 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Jeremiah L. Roberts, 32, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

At 2:47 p.m. Monday in the 2900 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Genaro M. Rivas, 30, on suspicion of shoplifting and resisting arrest.

At 4 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of Cooper Point Road Southwest, police arrested David H. Gilmore, 29, on suspicion of third-degree theft.

At 6:29 p.m. Monday in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested David H. Gilmore, 29, on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle.

At 7 p.m. Monday in the 3500 block of Martin Way East, police arrested Aaron L. Hill, 42, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Tumwater Police Department

At 9:59 a.m. Monday in the 2400 block of 93rd Avenue, police arrested Ryan N. Spivey, 45, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
