On 8/9/2021 at 9:12 p.m. in the 900 block of Yelm Ave E, police arrested Stephan Raymund Stross, 58, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence 2) driving with a suspended license in the 1st degree and 3) violation of the ignition interlock license.
