On 9/11/26 at 1:39 a.m. in the area of Tony’s Trailer Court, sheriff’s deputies arrested Marco Antonio Perez-Batana, 35, on suspicion of 1) harassment, and 2) first-degree malicious mischief.

On 9/11/26 at 5:08 p.m. in the 16800 block of Railway Road SE, sheriff’s deputies arrested Bobbi Jo Sandstedt, 55, on suspicion of violation of criminal harassment no contact order.

Olympia Police Department

On 9/11/26 at 12:04 a.m. in the 3400 block of Pacific Avenue SE, police arrested Emilia Perez-Majia, 23, on suspicion of 1) driving under the influence, 2) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 3) ignition interlock required.

On 9/11/26 at 3:25 a.m. in the 200 block of Kenyon Street NW, police arrested Leeautry C. Brenston, 40, on suspicion of 1) third-degree driving while license suspended, and 2) ignition interlock required.

On 9/11/26 at 10:18 a.m. in the 800 block of Glass Avenue NE, police arrested Heath David Merrill, 51, on suspicion of 1) misdemeanor warrant, and 2) violation of schedule 1 narcotics.

On 9/11/26 at 1:32 p.m. in the 3400 block of Mary Elder Road NE, police arrested Prophet Brown, 27, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

On 9/11/26 at 10:44 p.m. in the 500 block of Lilly Road NE, police arrested Zakary Tobias Bailey, 39, on suspicion of out-of-town felony warrant.

On 9/11/26 at 10:54 p.m. in the 200 block of Lilly Road NE, police arrested Kevin Paul Lee Thomas, 24, on suspicion of assault.

Tumwater Police Department

On 9/11/26 at 3:56 p.m. in the 7700 block of Trails End Drive SE, police arrested Jordan M. Buckley-Cheaton, 21, on suspicion of harassment ― threats to kill.

Yelm Police Department

On 9/11/26 at 11:01 p.m. in the 200 block of Solberg Street NW, police arrested Christopher James Buttler, 37, on suspicion of third-degree driving while license suspended.
