On 12/22/23 at 4:44 PM in the 800 block of Oakcrest Drive SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Elyse Lorree Barton, 34, on suspicions of 1) 2nd degree assault, 2) 2nd degree malicious mischief, and 3) resisting arrest.
On 12/22/23 at 1:47 AM in the Vail Road SE/133rd Lane SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Earl Eaton, 38, on suspicions of 1) driving under the influence, 2) eluding a police vehicle, 3) vehicular assault, and 4) no valid driver’s license without proper identification.
On 12/22/23 at 1:00 AM in the 9600 Steamboat Island Road NW, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kayla Jane Johnston, 48, on suspicions of 1) 1st degree burglary, and 2) 3rd degree malicious mischief.

On 12/22/23 at 11:21 AM in the 1600 block of Marvin Road NE, police arrested Colten James Jensen, 32, on suspicion of an out-of-town misdemeanor warrant.

On 12/22/23 at 2:05 PM in the 4100 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Zanna Marie Raschelle, 55, on suspicion of pedestrian interference.
On 12/22/23 at 8:31 PM in the 1800 block of Fir Street NE, police arrested James E. Gray, 57, on suspicion of driving while license suspended.
Yelm Police Department
On 12/22/23 at 12:11 AM in the 17100 block of SR 507, police arrested Kyleen R. Bleakly, 40, on suspicions of 1) 3rd degree theft – shoplifting, and 2) possession of controlled substance synthetic.
On 12/22/23 at 12:38 AM in the 200 block of McKenzie Avenue SE, police arrested Bradley W. Nabakowski, 29, on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant.
