On 08/05/22 at 4:19 a.m. at the Thurston County Jail, Sheriff's deputies arrested William Joe McCloud Simmons, 34, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in a correctional institution.

On 08/05/22 at 6:04 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Rd SE, police arrested Jacob Ryan Stone, 22, on suspicion of second-degree trespassing.

On 08/05/22 at 1:04 p.m. in the 4500 block of 3rd Ave SE, police arrested Amber Dawn Tock, 38, on an out-of-town warrant.

On 08/05/22 at 4:34 p.m. in the 3800 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Norman Lelenc Blailes, 49, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 08/05/22 at 1:06 p.m. in the 500  block of Capitol Way S, police arrested Melanie A Lind, 32, on suspicion of 1) pedestrian interference and 2) trespassing.

On 08/05/22 at 12:52 p.m. in the 600 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested John B Knapp, 23, on suspicion of trespassing.

On 08/05/22 at 12:46 p.m. in the 600 block of Capitol Way S, police arrested William A Taylor, 33, on suspicion of trespassing.

On 08/05/22 at 9:22 a.m. in the 200 block of Thurston Ave NE, police arrested Frank Anthony Barbara, 59, on suspicion of criminal trespass.

On 08/05/22 at 2:12 a.m. in the 4500 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Edward Troymine Johnson, 31, on suspicion of failure to comply.

Tumwater Police Department

On 08/05/22 at 1:41 p.m. in the 7200 block of Henderson Blvd SE, police arrested Andrew Marcus Levine, 28, on suspicion of third-degree theft.
