Police asking the public to help in hunting down the suspected kidnapper, victim

Lacey police are on the lookout for a possible kidnap involving a man and his probable victim.

Chae Kyong An, 53, took Young Sook An, aged 42, on October 16 in a light blue Dodge Grand Caravan with license plate BFM5141, Lacey authorities said on a Facebook post.

Chae is described as standing 5”8’ tall and weighing 190 lbs. with a bald head and brown eyes, while Young is 5”3’, 120 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Both are Asian.

“If you see them, or have any information, call 911 immediately,” Lacey Police urged.

“Do not approach,” they added.
