Olympia to clear trees on West Bay Drive tomorrow, street and trail closure

Olympia will conduct tree removals tomorrow along West Bay Drive near Garfield Nature Trail.

From 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., West Bay Drive’s southbound lane will be closed to traffic, according to the city in a press release, with flaggers present to guide traffic as needed.

“Please obey all signage and traffic control and use caution when traveling near the work zone,” the city warned.

Garfield Nature Trail will also be closed during the operations.
