One man sustained non-life-threatening injuries during a shooting along Deschutes Parkway in Olympia on Wed., Oct. 27.
The Washington State Patrol said on Twitter that the man who was shot was transported to a hospital. No further updates on his condition have been released so far.
The incident occurred at around 12:30 p.m., State Patrol Sgt. Darren Wright told The JOLT.
Olympia Public Works temporarily blocked Deschutes Parkway between Lakeridge and Fifth Avenue following the shooting, according to Olympia police.
The roadway was reopened on Thursday morning.
Olympia police turned the scene over to the State Patrol, which said an investigation was ongoing.
