The Climate Restorers - Back to Our Future is a four-episode global documentary series by award-winning international documentary filmmaker John Bowey and global change scientist Dr Phoebe Barnard, who is based here in western Washington.
The series explores the science, ethics, urgency, and practicality of climate and ecosystem restoration, and how to return the climate and planet to a safe and stable state in which all life can thrive.
This series is being released to limited audiences for educational screenings ahead of TV broadcast and streaming in 2024-2025.
Episode 1 covers methane, the most potent climate super-pollutant in both ecosystems and industrial sources, and how to remove it.
Episode 1 will be shown in Olympia at the Red Lion Governor's Hotel on February 20th at 7 pm.
This is a by-invitation free public screening. Donations are appreciated.
There will also be a CLOSED legislative screening at the Capitol earlier in the day, hosted by Senator Liz Lovelett's office.
