Join the City of Olympia for its second annual Lula Fest at Isthmus Park on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 3 to 9 p.m.

The family-friendly and free festival celebrates Hispanic and Latinx heritage and cultures through live music, vendors, food trucks, custom cars, and more.

The day of the festivities falls during Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from September 15 to October 15. The City of Olympia is partnering with  Ultimano Comms+.

Lula Fest event planner Miguel Pineda shares the event vision, "Ser audaces al celebrar el pasado cultural, para construir un futuro major.” (Be bold in celebrating the cultural past, in order to build a better future.)

Cities proclaim Hispanic Heritage Month to recognize the contributions, histories, and cultures of Hispanic and Latinx communities within the country. It has been officially honored across the nation since 1988.

As parking is limited, interested attendees can ride the fare-free Intercity Transit, walk, or roll in. Bike racks are available throughout Downtown or you can park at the secure bike lockers at the Olympia Transit Center (BYO lock).

Interested attendees may visit the Lula Fest Events Facebook page for questions. For more information, visit the City of Olympia website.
