20-year-old takes 14-year-old to the movies and exposes himself

A man was caught allegedly masturbating in the Century Theater at Capitol Mall in front of his 14-year-old female neighbor last Wed., Aug. 25.

Keashawn Rudolph, 20, of Olympia, who has two prior convictions for indecent exposure, was arrested for felony indecent exposure. Rudolph has an active Olympia case against him for touching a female’s behind and exposing himself earlier in 2021.

Rudolph had originally obtained permission to go to the movies with the 14-year-old victim based on the girl telling her parents that he was in the 10^th grade, according to the police report. During the movie, “Free Guy,” Rudolph began to masturbate in front of her. The victim saw Rudolph’s penis, felt “really uncomfortable and scared” and went into the theater bathroom to collect herself, according to the police report.

The girl returned to the theater and told Rudolph that her father demanded that she come home. Rudolph insisted on walking her home, and they walked together to the street on which they both live.  He attempted to walk the girl to her apartment but she refused.

Rudolph was arrested by Olympia police and booked into the Olympia Jail for indecent exposure.
