After a full year of local events, we are soon bidding goodbye to 2024. Thank you for following The JOLT’s Community Calendar this year!  We hope to see you again in the following year (or years).

Special Holiday Lunch: Kwanzaa, Tuesday, Dec. 31
On Dec. 31, Senior Services will feature a special holiday lunch for Kwanzaa, which is lovingly prepared by Senior Nutrition teams. Please double-check with individual kitchen sites for their special lunch day and with a reception for any menu changes. Click this link for more details.

NYE Celebration: Pride Edition, Tuesday, Dec. 31, 6:30 p.m. - 1 a.m.
This year's Olympia Pride Edition New Year's Eve Celebration kicks off with a private, exclusive dinner paired with an unforgettable drag show, crafted and hosted by Olympia’s own Lucy Elleballs. Epic Movie Music Battles, Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 7:30 p.m.
The Olympia Symphony presents an epic musical showdown featuring some of the most iconic battles in movie and comic history. Join an exciting concert where the orchestra brings these epic rivalries to life, allowing the audience to decide the ultimate winners. Click this link for more details.

ASHHO's New Year's Eve Party, Tuesday, Dec. 31, 8 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.
Join the New Year's Eve Party at the “ASHHO Cultural Community Center — Welcome 2025 in Community” for a family-friendly night packed with fun, food and good vibes!  Noon Year’s Eve Party, Dec. 31, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Ring in the new year early at the Hands On Children's Museum's Noon Year’s Eve Party. Celebrate with a family countdown, a Times Square-style ball drop, and a bubble dance party every hour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.! Create sweet candy-inspired noisemakers, launch a hot cocoa catapult and take a stroll down Gingerbread Lane, a collaborative kid-created cardboard gingerbread village. Olympia Family Theater's Year-end Party, Tuesday, Dec. 31, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Looking for the perfect way to celebrate with your family? Join Olympia Family Theater’s Year-End Party on Tuesday. Expect paint and sip (hot cocoa, of course!), a bubble dance party, a dress-up station, a spaghetti dessert bar and a special appearance by Buddy the Elf.  Click this link for more details.
