Sensory Friendly Creative Dance Class

This Specialized Recreation class is designed for those who are developmentally between ages 5-9 and who are neurodivergent and/or on the autism spectrum.

Partnering with South Sound Dance Access and Sensory Tool House LLC, the class will provide a nurturing space for creative dance that fosters motor skills, self-expression, and mind-body connection.

Participants will explore dance styles, concept-based games, and movement elements like time, space, and direction, all supported by sensory tools and props.
