Salmon Printing Day at The Estuarium

Posted by MirandaHolmes

Come to the Estuarium to learn all about the orcas that share the waters of the Puget Sound and participate in our Salmon Printing art activity! You'll get to take home your unique salmon painting!

The exhibit consists of photos and information about the southern resident orcas. You will learn their history in this area and the survival challenges they face. We have a real harbor seal pelt, a harbor porpoise skeleton, and a replica orca skull for you to examine while we discuss the life of an orca in these waters. There will even be marine mammal-themed games and prizes!

Standard admission costs apply: $8/family, $5/individuals, $3/youth (18 and under), Free with EBT.

Masks are required, and COVID-19 protocols will be in effect.
