On 05/17/23 at 1:15 p.m. at Tumwater Home Depot, Sheriff's deputies arrested Christopher Adam Dilka, 42, on suspicion of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Lacey Police Department

On 05/17/23 at 9:37 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Dr NE, police arrested Trayzesheanna Dmnoquie Bell, 29, on suspicion of theft.

On 05/17/23 at 9:33 p.m. in the 1400 block of Galaxy Dr NE, police arrested Julia M Phillips, 33, on suspicion of theft.

On 05/17/23 at 11:30 a.m. in the 4600 block of Whitman Ln SE, police arrested Lisa R Bingham, 54, on suspicion of first-degree trespassing.

On 05/17/23 at 3:28 a.m. in the 5800 block of Huntamer Ln SE, police arrested Jose Emilio Hernandez, 40, on suspicion of violation of a no-contact order.

Olympia Police Department

On 05/17/23 at 5:06 p.m. in the 4000 block of Martin Way E, police arrested Theodore  B London, 46, on an out-of-town felony warrant.

On 05/17/23 at 12:00 p.m. in the 600 block of 4th Ave E, police arrested Dionte M Parker, 27, on suspicion of 1) criminal trespass and 2) violation of a no-contact order.

On 05/17/23 at 11:49 p.m. in the 300 block of Columbia St NW, police arrested Joann Nicole Healy, 39, on a misdemeanor warrant.

On 05/17/23 at 6:09 a.m. in the 1800 block of Evergreen Park Dr SW, police arrested Johnny R Castillo, 47, on suspicion of 1) unlawful imprisonment and 2) second-degree assault.

Tumwater Police Department

On 05/17/23 at 11:28 a.m. in the 500 block of N 4th Ave SW, police arrested Richard Alan Luciano, 45, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

Yelm Police Department

On 05/17/23 at 5:32 a.m. in the 600 block of Yelm Ave W, police arrested Joshua Stephen Archer, 49, on suspicion of 1) second-degree criminal trespass and 2) obstructing a law enforcement officer.

An arrest does not mean a person is guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
