On 7/28/24 at 2:02 p.m. in the 600 block of Cooper Point Road SW, police arrested Jeffrey A. Oullette, 41, on suspicions of 1) theft shoplifting, 2) possession of stolen property, 3) criminal trespass, and 4) misdemeanor warrant.
