Thurston County Sheriff's Office

On 6/20/22 at 12:28 a.m. in the 8200 block of Racca Ct SE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jamal Matthew Bess, 33, on suspicion of 1) assault in the second degree and 2) felony harassment.

On 6/20/22 at 7:21 p.m. in the 1300 block of Still Well St NE, Sheriff’s deputies arrested Wah-Keo Kashan Deon Case, 25, on suspicion of 1) assault in the second degree, 2) burglary in the first degree and 3) assault in the first degree.

Lacey Police Department 

On 6/20/22 at 8:43 p.m. in the 600 block of Sleater Kinney Rd NE, police arrested James Milton Harkness-Noll, 34, on suspicion of 1) aiming or discharging firearms, 2) possessing dangerous weapons on a school facility and 3) reckless endangerment. 

Olympia Police Department 

On 6/20/22 at 1:57 p.m. in the 3500 block of 14th Ave NW, police arrested Christopher Jean Paul Ferre, 31, on suspicion of 1) obstructing a law enforcement officer and 2) failure to comply. 

Tumwater Police Department  

On 6/20/22 at 12:12 a.m. in the 6600 block of Littlerock Rd SW, police arrested Theron J Matson, 29, on suspicion of law enforcement officer. 

On 6/20/22 at 9:29 p.m. in the 2400 block of 93rd Ave SW, police arrested Jose Angel Escamilla, 27, for an out-of-town warrant and on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle.

Yelm Police Department  

On 6/20/22 at 4:49 p.m. in the 17100 block of State Route 507 Yelm, police arrested Stephanie Connie Hoinowski, 34, on suspicion of theft in the third degree - shoplifting. 

On 6/20/22 at 6:24 p.m. in the 1000 block of Yelm Ave E, police arrested Cody John Ward, 40, for an out-of-town warrant. 

An arrest does not mean a person in guilty of the crime of which they are accused. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
