At 3:37 a.m. Monday in the 3200 block of Harrison Avenue Northwest, police arrested Ritchie L. Sreap, 41, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 4:25 a.m. Monday in the 4200 block of Martin Way East, police arrested David P. Prink, 42, on suspicion of theft.

At 4:58 p.m. Monday at Washington Street and A Avenue, police arrested Adam M. Casperson, 41, on an out-of-town warrant.

At 5:25 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of Franklin Street Southeast, police arrested William S. Johnson, 26, on suspicion of use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a dangerous weapon.

At 9:10 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of Plum Street Southeast, police arrested Jonathan J. Saling, 46, on suspicion of failure to comply.

At 9:42 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of Alta Street Southwest, police arrested Robert L. Walters, 60, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

At 10:16 p.m. Monday in the 600 block of American Street Southwest, police arrested Jedediah J. Rush, 39, on suspicion of use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree vehicle prowling and on an out-of-town warrant.

At 4:18 a.m. Monday in the 7700 block of Trails End Drive Southeast, police arrested Luci C. Rearden, 19, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault.

At 2:35 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of Lee Street Southwest, police arrested Scott E. Williams, 48, on an out-of-town warrant.
