Hunt, Dolan and Bateman come up first for their seats for 22nd legislative district

OLYMPIA — Sam Hunt came in with the majority of the vote for the Legislative District 22 senate seat late Tuesday, coming in with 58.74 percent of the vote, or 15,174 votes. Garry Holland, coming in second, got 30.68 percent of the vote, or 7,923 votes. 

Also in District 22, Laurie Dolan and J.D. Ingram came in in the top two spots for the state representative position 1 seat, with Dolan getting 62.67 percent of the votes and Ingram garnering 28.94 percent. 

The top candidates for the State Representative District 2 seat were Dusty Pierpoint, at 35.13 percent and Jessica Bateman at 35.13 percent.
