It’s time to celebrate Earth Week 2021! Thurston County environmental organizations have come together to create an activity packet designed for grades 2nd through 6th to take action in your communities. The packet will include activities about being water-wise, helping pollinators, green cleaning, upcycle science, and trash clean-ups.
You’ll have from April 17 to April 25 to complete as many activities as you can. Complete at least two activities and Thurston County residents will be mailed a small prize and be entered into a raffle.
- Options for receiving your packets:
Mailed a packet – Sign up to have your packet mailed to you. Packets are limited and available to Thurston County residents only. Complete the Google Form with your mailing info: https://forms.gle/DcUcDX5hqTaXz5hLA
- Contactless pickup at the WET Science Center on Saturday, April 17 from 10 am to 1 pm – Stop by to grab your packet and kick off the week. More information to come.
- Download the digital activities – Download your favorite activities from our Google Drive folder. The link will be available for anyone on Friday, April 16.
